This role will give you the opportunity to be part of the energy transition within Equinor as well as shaping and developing the team in the Operations and Maintenance department within Renewables. You will have an active role in growing Equinor’s portfolio giving you a vast opportunity to learn and progress your own career. The O&M Project Engineer - Offshore Wind will get the chance to travel between sites and internationally while collaborating with different teams and business areas who all have the same goal.

Duties will include:  

  • Be part of a highly skilled team and contribute to the O&M scope during project development, construction and handover to operations.

  • Provide input to the project organisation, support developing the O&;M strategies and manage interfaces effectively in all project phases.

  • Support the project and product development with thorough reviews on the design while ensuring integration of O&M principles and high quality engineering.

  • Be actively involved in project and engineering decisions, participate at inspections, coordinate maintenance engineering activities and deliver the asset to the operations at optimal operability and functionality.

  • Give technical and operational inputs to the O&M CAPEX, OPEX, production availability numbers, support update of assumptions to the project business cases and deliver the O&M documentation to the project organisation.

  • Maintain and update the O&M requirements at the operational contracts and contribute to negotiation with external suppliers.

  • Facilitate development of project or region-specific operational processes and procedures in accordance with the Equinor management system.

  • Identify operations related value improvements, support new product development and drive continuous operational optimisation on a portfolio level.
