About the Opportunity

We are challenging the accepted and are seeking a Program Manager with experience in Design and Management of Sustaining Capital improvement programs. Responsible for managing a portfolio of projects in the south of Ireland, you will be responsible for project governance ensuring each project is delivered on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for safety and quality adherence.

Our client has built up a continuous portfolio of projects for over five years now and need a portfolio/program manager who can build on the existing portfolio developing a robust project delivery model, support the project team, provide business development to expand and maintain the program and liaise with the client to support them in their Sustaining Capital program.

You will have a suitable engineering qualification and experience in a client facing role, a knowledge of good project governance and an aptitude for business development.

As a Program Manager, you’ll work closely across operations, sales, and technology functions providing leadership as we expand our portfolio.

Other responsibilities will include client-facing delivery in leadership roles to develop implementation strategies for programs, responsible for overall work progress, technical performance and client and stakeholder satisfaction. You’ll be expected to possess highly collaborative and sophisticated communication and problem-solving skills and finesse.


  Here's What You'll Need:  

  • Engineering degree

  • Professional experience as a Project or Program Manager 

  • Demonstrated experience overseeing and managing large teams of individuals and subcontractors

  • Experience with managing engineering and/or planning programs and projects.

  • Demonstrated skills in engineering knowledge, leadership, planning, teamwork, decision making, judgement and problem solving.
