About the role:
- Starting in the pre-construction period getting involved with Procurement and Design.
- Permamnent Position
- Career Progression
- On site 5 days a week
- Office based in Leeds
- You will be responsible for the project commercially from procurement, cost reporting and change management
- Will have support from a Commercial Assistant.
- Responsibility for commercial operations and procedures relating to the company’s projects:
- Post tender/Pre-Contract Systems
- Value Engineering
- Procurement Schedules
- Risk Assessment/Management Systems
- Forecasting/Trade Up
- Costing and payment of Sub-subcontractors and costing financial liabilities
- Valuations/Cashflow/Payment
- Procurement Forms (Bid Analysis, Set Up Forms etc)
- Variations/Change Instructions (Customer and Supply chain)
- Extensions of Time and/or Loss and Expense
- Mechanical/Electrical background desireable
