The Role:
Working on major capital programmes and complex projects, including infrastructure, construction, engineering and systems projects, you will be providing Procurement expertise. You will be working to the Defence and Security Public Contracts Regulations (DSPCR) 2011 on PQQ and ITN tender evaluations.
You will need:
- Current SC clearance is essential
- Experienced in procurement, category management and/or contract management delivery.
- Experience of working within the requirements of the Public Sector regulations including the Public Contracts Regulations, the Utility Contracts Regulations and/or the Defence and Security Public Contracts Regulations.
- Experience of working in a client focused environment - working collaboratively with clients and other consultants in our client’s offices
- Ability to implement commercial policy and give advice to client teams.
- Ability to take personal responsibility in dealing with clients and others whilst striving to exceed their commercial expectations.
- Ability to manage personal workload and a significant portion of projects.
- Excellent bid writing experience.
- Excellent document drafting and analysis skills.
- Excellent commercial skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
