The Role:
Responsible for the development/authoring of the Design Justification Reports to provide the design substantiation of the CE&I SSCs identified within the engineering schedule. Providing support to Area design teams where required.
Will be responsible for production of documentation as well as checking the work of other engineers & designers.
You will need:
- Degree qualified or demonstrable equivalent underpinning knowledge & understanding.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience of working within a highly regulated industry.
- Experience in safety system designs and the implementation of ES_2190 and IEC 61508.
- Development/authoring of CE&I design justification reports
- Detailed CE&I design of mechanical handling plant and equipment
- Experience of Sellafield Ltd or other nuclear projects is preferred
