Job Description:
As a Lead Turnover Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of a large-scale, multi-discipline pharmaceutical project. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the Systems Completion and Turnover activities. This position requires a strong background in mechanical engineering and extensive experience working on large-scale life science or pharmaceutical projects.
Qualifications and Experience:
Degree: Engineering related degree.
Experience: Significant experience working as a System Turnover Lead on large-scale life science or pharmaceutical projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Systems Completion and Turnover: You will be responsible for the successful delivery of multi-discipline Systems Completion and Turnover activities.
Safety and Quality: Ensure a safe, high-quality, and timely project execution.
Review and Rectification: Review system turnover packages and rectify any gaps.
Schedule Development: Develop the system turnover schedule and coordinate with project stakeholders.
Mechanical Completion: Familiarity with achieving Mechanical Completion for assigned systems or subsystems.
Ability to manage multiple MEP systems of varying complexity.
Problem-Solving: Self-motivated with a diagnostic approach to resolving technical and construction issues.
Coordination: Work collaboratively with Package Owners, Contractors, Field Supervision, and Planners to achieve Mechanical Completion Milestones.
Materials Management: Interface with Vendors and supply chain to ensure all materials are in place for achieving mechanical completion.
Validation and Commissioning: Experience in validation and commissioning is advantageous.
