NRL’s client based in Wormington is looking to recruit an experienced Document Controller on an initial 12 Month contract. 
 
About the role:
  • Proven experience in a Document Control role within an EPC, engineering, technical, construction, or infrastructure environment.  
  • Strong understanding of document control procedures, revision management, document numbering, transmittals, and Master Document Registers (MDRs).
  • Experience using Aconex or a comparable document management system (e.g. Autodesk Construction Cloud, ProjectWise, SharePoint). 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for maintaining document registers, tracking deliverables, and reporting. 
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of technical documentation accurately and within required timescales. 
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with project, engineering, and client teams.
Desirable Criteria
  • Experience working on major EPC, energy, utilities, or infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of National Gas, engineering, or construction document control standards and workflows. 
  • Experience administering Aconex user accounts, workflows, and reporting functions. 
 Time Scales and Working Arrangements
  • Full-time (40 hr per week) fixed term contract of 12 months with potential for extension.
