Warehouse Operative – FLT Driver | Washington

Join NRL’s client, a global consumer brand operating across the sports, outdoor, footwear and lifestyle sectors, with a diverse portfolio of established brands. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated Warehouse Operative with valid forklift truck experience who’s seeking a hands‑on role starting in December.


Location and Working Pattern

This is a permanent, full‑time position based in Washington. The role operates on rotating shifts:
  • 6:00am – 2:15pm
  • 11:00am – 7:15pm
    You must be able to work both shifts.

Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Operative – FLT Driver, you will be responsible for:

Order Fulfilment
  • Receive, check and store stock using a computerised stock locates system.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately in line with production timetables and customer specifications.
  • Dispatch customer orders efficiently according to company procedures.
Goods Inward
  • Safely load and unload delivery vehicles.
  • Operate forklift equipment (Counterbalance or Reach) in accordance with safety standards.
  • Move, store and pick stock.
  • Operate other warehouse equipment such as pallet trucks as required.
Stock Management
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and product quality.
Health and Safety Compliance
  • Follow all health and safety procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
Must‑have Requirements
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, physical role.
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Valid FLT licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent).
