The Role As HSE Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting site operations with a strong focus on Permit to Work (PTW) systems, alongside general HSE responsibilities.

The Role As HSE Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting site operations with a strong focus on Permit to Work (PTW) systems, alongside general HSE responsibilities.
Key duties include:
- Managing and overseeing Permit to Work systems across site activities
- Supporting safe execution of maintenance, engineering, and operational tasks
- Conducting risk assessments and method statement (RAMS) reviews
- Delivering toolbox talks and safety briefings
- Carrying out site inspections and audits, ensuring compliance with company and legal standards
- Promoting a positive health & safety culture across all departments
- Supporting continuous improvement of HSE processes and procedures
- Proven experience working as an HSE Advisor within manufacturing, construction or engineering environments
- Strong knowledge of Permit to Work systems
- NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- A proactive and practical approach to health & safety
