HSE Permit Coordinator

Role & Responsibilities

• Permit co-ordination for a busy construction project within a live and highly regulated work environment.
• Health, safety and environment deliverables associated with the safe execution of construction projects
• Supporting the Project HSE Manager in execution of the Project HSE Program and legal compliance.
• Develop and implement project-specific HSE plans in line with statutory regulations and international standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001)
• Implement the Corporate Management HSE program through project deliveries and standards.
• Assist in any incident investigations. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare HSE reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor HSE performance through inspections, audits, and reporting.
• Contribute to HSE performance, plans and initiatives as required
• Develop & deliver inductions and HSE training program.
• Contribute to the Wellbeing and BeyondZero program.
• Develop and implement key promotional HSE related days i.e. Safety Week

Experience

• The ideal candidate will have a recognised HSE Qualification (Minimum HSE Diploma)
• Thorough understanding of the role of the PSCS
• 10 plus experience working in Construction and or a highly regulated environment
• Highly organised individual.
