Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain the Interface Management Plan.
- Manage interface tools including the Delivery Interface Register (DIR) and Milestone Definition Documents (MDDs).
- Define, track, and coordinate interfaces between major programmes and stakeholders.
- Monitor progress, risks, issues, and dependencies related to interfaces.
- Ensure requirements are integrated into project schedules and change control processes.
- Facilitate issue resolution and closure to maintain continuity and minimise risk.
- Produce performance reports and provide assurance to senior leadership teams.
- Support effective stakeholder engagement and promote a collaborative project approach.
- Drive compliance with nuclear safety and regulatory standards.
- Proven experience in interface management on large infrastructure, engineering, construction, or energy projects.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Knowledge of project management, scheduling, risk management, and change control.
- Ability to explain complex technical and commercial issues clearly.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Degree in Nuclear, Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Experience within the nuclear sector or on live construction sites.
