Responsibilities Supervise subcontractor personnel to ensure timely and quality execution of mechanical erection activities Execute the mechanical erection strategy in line with the project and mechanical construction plan Schedule and oversee mandatory and conformity testing, including inspections and walkdowns Manage and clear allocated punch list items promptly Oversee preparation and maintenance of as-built and SWCF documentation Promote strict compliance with EHS and quality requirements, conducting toolbox talks and inspections Coordinate mechanical package readiness for turnover to commissioning Report progress, performance, forecasts, and EHS metrics to site management Must-have Requirements Diploma or certificate in a relevant technical discipline Proven experience in site construction execution and subcontractor management Strong understanding of mechanical systems and general power plant operations Fluent in English (oral and written) Ability to enforce quality and EHS standards consistently Nice-to-have Skills Formal training in power plant construction or engineering Experience working within multicultural environments Apply Now Take the next step in your career and join this ambitious project.
