Part Time Warehouse Operative

Summary
We’re looking for Part Time Warehouse Operatives to join our client’s busy distribution centre in Washington on an ongoing temporary assignment. This role suits individuals who are reliable, have strong attention to detail, and are comfortable with physically active work.

Salary

• Weeks 1–4:
  • £12.71 plus holiday credit = £14.24 per hour 
• After 4 weeks:
  • £13.82 plus holiday credit = £15.83 per hour 

Location and Working Pattern

• Location: Washington
• Working Hours: Saturday & Sunday
  • 07:00 – 15:45

Start Date & Duration

• Start - Friday 2nd October induction to start Saturday 3rd October
• Work until end of the year

Client Overview Our client operates a busy distribution centre, providing essential support for their supply operations. They are seeking dependable team members to help manage high volumes during peak periods.
Responsibilities

• Unload deliveries safely and efficiently
• Pick and prepare orders accurately
• Pack goods for dispatch
• Complete manual handling and lifting tasks
• Inflate footballs as required
• Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment

Must-have Requirements

• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and manual handling
• Strong reliability and work ethic

Nice-to-have Skills

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution centre environment
