Summary
We’re looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join a leading organisation based in Dublin, Ireland. This role is ideal for someone with strong payroll knowledge who thrives on accuracy and compliance. You’ll play a key role in managing UK and ROI payroll processes while ensuring data integrity and supporting internal teams.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for UK and ROI employees.
  • Validate, input and reconcile payroll data with accuracy.
  • Process salaries, overtime, bonuses, and statutory payments.
  • Prepare BACS files and deliver payroll reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with UK and ROI payroll legislation and statutory obligations.
  • Administer employee benefits and pension contributions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records in relevant systems.
  • Assist with payroll audits and support GDPR compliance processes.

Must-have Requirements
  • Proven experience in payroll processing for UK and/or ROI.
  • Knowledge of payroll legislation in these jurisdictions.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and payroll systems experience.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Effective communication ability, both verbal and written.
  • Payroll qualification, such as IPASS or CIPP certification.

Nice-to-have Skills
  • Familiarity with additional European payrolls.
  • Experience using Coins payroll system.
  • Analytical and problem-solving strengths.
