Key Responsibilities

• Implement and assure quality management systems and construction assurance processes on major infrastructure programmes.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on quality performance metrics and assurance activities.
• Collect, validate, and manage quality data from multiple sources to maintain accuracy and integrity.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualisations for informed decision-making.
• Analyse trends, risks, non-conformances, and quality indicators to identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare concise programme-level reports, dashboards, and management information packs.
• Support audits, inspections, and compliance reporting.
• Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to interpret and integrate quality requirements.
• Coordinate reporting inputs from multiple stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Promote continuous improvement through data-driven insights and recommendations.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, or Construction Assurance within infrastructure, civil engineering, rail, or highways.
• Strong knowledge of construction quality assurance processes and quality management systems.
• Proficiency in Power BI for reporting, dashboards, and data visualisation.
• Experience in data source management, verification, and validation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex datasets.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to produce accurate, insightful management and performance reports.
• Excellent communication skills with confidence in engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Experience on large-scale rail or highways projects.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Familiarity with construction assurance frameworks, audits, and governance requirements.
• Understanding of engineering, construction, and technical delivery processes for transportation infrastructure.
• Experience with programme-level reporting and performance management.
