Our client is seeking an experienced
Quantity Surveyor. It concerns a NEC4 Professional Services Contract specialist to support a major
defence‑related infrastructure programme in Glasgow. You’ll play a key role in contract administration, commercial governance and change management within a highly regulated,
SC‑cleared environment. This is a hybrid position requiring regular on‑site presence and strong stakeholder engagement across a joint‑venture delivery model.
What you will need- Extensive, hands‑on experience with NEC4, ideally the Professional Services Contract (PSC), including early warnings, compensation events and contract administration.
- Current SC clearance or the ability to obtain it, and British nationality due to project restrictions.
- Strong commercial, contractual and project controls capability within large, complex infrastructure or defence programmes.
- Ability to operate confidently within a joint‑venture environment, managing multiple stakeholders and maintaining contractual compliance.
- Proven experience working inside IR35 on long‑term programmes, with the ability to work on‑site in Glasgow 3–5 days per week as required.
