NRL are looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant for an iconic brand construction company. This is a full time in office role. (no hybrid working).
About the role:
Providing cover at specified time to ensure coverage at all times, including site induction process
Check and process operative timesheets on a daily basis in line with business cut off periods
Updating various departmental spreadsheets with information as and when it is available to maintain control on ownership, cost and utilisation. Namely on company vans, mileage, fuel.
Updating HAVS (hand arm vibration symptom) and fatigue spreadsheet daily to ensure we comply with Health & Safety requirements.
Issue of safety packs and toolbox talks to operational teams
Proactively track and pursue the participation and completion of mandatory training, safety briefings and other Tarmac issued material
Issue appropriate paperwork to sites on a daily basis
Creating of files for customer assignments and projects, ensuring the completed paperwork is filed appropriately
Placing stationary orders as and when required through the approved channels
Actively participate in any opportunities provided by the business, i.e Tarmac Way, Development Opportunities etc
Reporting of any unsafe or hazardous working practices
Assist the team with any other support requirements
Any other ad hoc office responsibilities, i.e filing, photocopying
