Position: Electrical Team Leader

Hours of Work: Full Time – 37.5 Hours per week (Basic)

Although overtime is not guaranteed, average hours are usually 50+ per week for the majority of the year.

An exciting opportunity to work as part of a small team within an ever growing and successful company based out of our office.

Main duties will consist of travelling to various Industrial, Commercial and Critical sites to Install Electrical systems and products, complete Inspection and Testing Certification, carry out PMV’s Repair and Rectification of Electrical circuits and equipment.

Due to ever-increasing workload following successful delivery of projects & partnerships with multinational companies, we are seeking an experienced Supervisor/lead approved electrician who is able to motivate, engage and develop a team whilst engaging both in a hands on capacity and planning capacity.

A confident communicator, able to give clear and concise instructions in person, over the phone and via email across all levels, along with the ability to correctly complete NICEIC installation certification as QS, work to & produce RAMS and procedures, complete reports and drawings for O& M packages and have a keen eye for detail with online documentation is an absolute must for this role.

The individual must also have a positive customer facing personality, take pride in their work, have good problem solving and installation skills and be willing to become a key contributor to providing the level of service and customer satisfaction our clients have come to expect.

Product training and personal development will be offered to all candidates, with opportunities to develop further within the company.

Expected Qualifications:

  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

  • Electrical NVQ

  • ECS Gold Electrician Grade Card

  • Full driving licence

  • Electrical Inspection and Testing 2391

  • Supervisory experience and SSSTS qualification.

  • UPS & Generator experience advantageous.

Salary:

Expected earnings Circa £50K and upwards.
