NRL are currently recruiting Hydraulic Engineers for a permanent role based in Riding Mill.
This is an exciting opportunity to work for a well-established Engineering company specialising in the supply of Subsea components. From the concept and design, through to the fabrication and commissioning, you will see all aspects of execution for these offshore projects.
Start Date: ASAP
What we are looking for:
Open minded with a keen to learn attitude.
First rate communicator.
Self-motivated and persistent in getting from A to B.
Diligent in attention to detail.
Adaptable when unexpected challenges crop up.
Marine/heavy industry background.
Good knowledge on hydraulic systems/principals
Your Duties:
Designs from first principles, from concept through to detailed.
Develop system schematics.
Prepares technical documentation & design calculations for peer review.
Checks third party designs and documentation.
Supports testing, commissioning and mobilisation activities.
Manage supplier progress
