NRL are currently recruiting for a Regional Manager to work for a leading facilities management contractor based in the North East.
The role requires the Regional Manager to assist the Operations Director in managing all contracts within their remit in line with agreed commercial and governance processes. Responsible for client relationships, retention and growth of their sector. Take responsibility for the accounts within their sector and ensure the customer is communicated with proactively. Preparation of monthly reports to drive continuous improvement and growth through all areas of the contract. |
Qualifications or Required Experience: Relevant qualifications and/or experience dependant on role Degree educated or equivalent experience Proficient level of IT skills Ability to effectively work under pressure Ability to diagnose faults and recommend appropriate solutions Ability to communicate at all levels both verbally and in writing Confident and positive Reliable Able to work alone and Manage a team |
