Responsibilities

  • Prioritise and organise tasks to ensure adherence to the project schedule
  • Communicate effectively with diverse teams to support commissioning activities
  • Prepare and review documents with attention to detail
  • Maintain a strong focus on quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle
  • Produce accurate documentation and information using software tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Promote and uphold robust health and safety standards across the project
 

Must-have Requirements

  • Ability to prioritise and organise work to meet project deadlines
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail when managing documentation
  • Demonstrable understanding of quality standards within a project environment
  • Competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Awareness of health and safety practices and ability to promote a positive safety culture
 

Nice-to-have Skills

  • Experience with AS9 systems (training can be provided)
  • Previous experience in a construction or engineering project environment
  • Background in nuclear or another highly regulated industry is advantageous but not essential
