Summary We’re looking for a detail-focused Document Transcriber  to join our client on a 6-month contract, with the potential for extension. Based on-site, this role suits someone with fast and accurate typing skills, who enjoys organised administrative work. Location and Working Pattern On-site, Monday–Thursday 07:45–16:00, Friday 07:45–12:50

Responsibilities

• Transcribe documentation into the client’s in-house system.
• Carry out copy typing to produce large print format documents.
• Scan and process documentation, ensuring accuracy at all times.
• Adhere to internal documentation standards and error-checking procedures.
• Handle confidential information with care and professionalism.

Must-have Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus with high volumes of work.
• Previous experience in typing or data entry roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Ability to pass a basic credit check due to the financial nature of the documents.
• Commitment to long-term work opportunities.

Nice-to-have Skills

• Experience working in a document-heavy, regulated environment.
• Familiarity with scanning and digital archiving systems.
