Electrical Site Manager 

Sector: M&E / Commercial Projects

NRL are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee mechanical installations on a commercial project in Guernsey.
This is a hands-on role managing site teams, subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

• Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day electrical site operations (power, lighting, containment, etc.)
  • Coordinate subcontractors and site teams
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
  • Monitor progress against programme and resolve issues
  • Maintain quality and support project delivery
  Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager within M&E
  • Strong commercial project background
  • SMSTS (or equivalent)
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
