Mechanical Site Manager

NRL are seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to oversee mechanical installations on a commercial project in Guernsey.
This is a hands-on role managing site teams, subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day mechanical site operations (HVAC, pipework, etc.)
• Coordinate subcontractors and site teams
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
• Monitor progress against programme and resolve issues
• Maintain quality and support project delivery

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager within M&E
• Strong commercial project background
• SMSTS (or equivalent) and CSCS (Manager level preferred)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
