We’re seeking an experienced HVAC Construction Supervisor to join a major engineering project based in Limerick, Ireland. This is a 12-month contract role, ideal for professionals with strong experience in HVAC systems management and site supervision. Our client is a global leader in engineering and construction, delivering high-profile projects across multiple sectors.


Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage all HVAC works, including subcontractors and specialist suppliers.
  • Assist the Mechanical Lead in constructability reviews and planning sessions with engineering teams.
  • Ensure adequate resourcing and equipment for project execution.
  • Oversee adherence to site standard operating procedures and quality processes.
  • Collaborate with design, commissioning and client teams to achieve project milestones.
  • Monitor legal compliance, health and safety standards, and statutory requirements.
  • Direct and control activities of assigned construction staff.
  • Review contractor progress and provide input into project reports and meetings.

Must-have Requirements
  • Proven experience as an HVAC Construction Supervisor on large-scale projects.
  • Strong knowledge of health, safety and quality standards within construction.
  • Ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively.
  • Understanding of industry regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent organisational and reporting skills.

Nice-to-have Skills
  • Familiarity with advanced construction technology.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or similar regulated environments.
