Responsibilities
  • Shape and deliver the global wind turbine category strategy aligned with growth objectives and emerging market conditions.
  • Manage end-to-end supplier activities including qualification, evaluation, and long-term relationship development.
  • Ensure supplier compliance with technical, commercial, environmental, and governance requirements.
  • Oversee negotiation of key agreements such as Turbine Supply and Framework contracts, ensuring balance between risk, cost, and certainty.
  • Collaborate closely with internal legal and project teams to develop robust procurement frameworks.
  • Drive procurement input for project bids, budgets, and risk assessments during development phases.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a team of procurement and logistics specialists committed to operational excellence.


Must-have Requirements
  • Significant experience in strategic category management and global procurement, preferably within renewable energy.
  • Deep knowledge of contract structures, commercial risk, and supplier sourcing strategies.
  • Leadership capability with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Insight into global supply chains, market trends, and sustainability requirements.

Nice-to-have Skills
  • Experience working within complex international project delivery environments.
  • Understanding of financing obligations and warranty frameworks for energy projects.
