Summary
We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join a long-term project at Sellafield under NAECI terms. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified professionals to contribute to a major engineering project while earning competitive rates and benefits. Salary £23.45 per hour, in line with NAECI rates

Location and Working Pattern
Sellafield Site

• Monday to Friday
• 38 hours per week

Client Overview
Working under NAECI terms on a major engineering project at Sellafield.

Responsibilities

• Install, assemble and fit mechanical components and systems to specification
• Read and interpret technical drawings and method statements
• Carry out maintenance and repair on mechanical equipment as required
• Conduct inspections to ensure equipment meets safety and quality standards
• Work in compliance with site safety regulations and NAECI procedures
• Collaborate with other trades and supervisors to deliver tasks efficiently

Must-have Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Fitting
• Valid CSCS card
• IOSH Working Safely certification
• CCNSG Safety Passport or ACE card

Nice-to-have Skills

• Experience on high-security or regulated sites such as nuclear or power generation
• Additional qualifications in related mechanical or maintenance disciplines
