We’re looking for experienced Welders to join long-term nuclear sector projects at Sellafield. This role offers an excellent opportunity for skilled tradespeople who want to develop their expertise in a highly regulated environment. Location and Working Pattern
Sellafield – on-site role
38 hours per week across 4 days. Additional hours may be available depending on project requirements.

Client Overview

Our client operates in the nuclear industry and is involved in major ongoing projects.

Responsibilities
  • Perform welding tasks to the highest standards as per project specifications
  • Deliver Flux Core and TIG welding on a range of components
  • Read and follow detailed technical drawings and instructions
  • Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental protocols on site
  • Maintain quality assurance and carry out weld inspections as required
  • Accurately complete documentation and records
  • Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and standards
Must-have Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 in Welding
  • Valid CCSNG ACE card or IOSH Working Safely certification
  • CSCS card
  • Proven experience using Flux Core and TIG welding techniques
Nice-to-have Skills
  • Prior experience in nuclear or similar regulated industries
  • Ability to handle complex fabrication and precision work
