On behalf of or client, NRL are recruiting for a PA/Project Support for work in the Leiston area.

Duration: Perm/Staff Role

Location: Leiston, Suffolk, IP16 

Rate: Your requested salary will be considered.

Working Pattern: 3 days on site, 2 days working from home.

What we're looking for:

We need an experienced PA who can thrive in a fast‑paced site delivery environment — someone confident supporting senior leaders, managing complex logistics, and acting as the organisational backbone of a major project team.

You need to be proactive, energetic and a highly organised Personal Assistant (PA) who will also provide Project Support across a range of initiatives.

This dual-role position is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a flexible approach and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing professional administration support to Senior Leaders in the Site Delivery Team and include: Managing calendars, scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics.
  • Make domestic and international travel arrangements, accommodation and transport
  • Prepare and process expense claims
  • Draft correspondence, reports and presentations
  • Team development, supporting Site Delivery's strong culture and establish effective ways of working 
  • Understanding  the needs and expectations of key stakeholders
  • Managing effective communications between Site Delivery and their stakeholders including cross-functional teams and other departments

 

You'll Need: 

  • Background in major projects is desirable but not necessary
  • Strong communication skills with ability to influence others and build effective sustainable relationships
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • Confident working independently and taking initiative
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Energetic and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude
  • Discreet and professional in handling sensitive information
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
