We are currently recruiting for a Part Qualified Accountant to join a growing finance team based in Farnborough. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated finance professional to gain broad exposure across financial reporting, project accounting, and business operations within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The Role
As a Part Qualified Accountant, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting while supporting core accounting processes across the business. You’ll work closely with finance, project, and cost centre teams to ensure financial integrity and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accruals, prepayments, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Maintain and update financial data across systems including SAP B1 and Tagetik
• Perform intercompany and timesheet reconciliations
• Approve bank payments and freelancer invoices in line with internal controls
• Ensure accurate reporting of taxable benefits to HMRC, including P11Ds and PSA submissions
• Contribute to month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within finance operations

About You
Experience & Qualifications

• Part-qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or qualified by experience
• Previous experience in a similar finance or accounting role
• Strong working knowledge of financial systems (SAP B1 experience advantageous)
