Project Quality Manager

Our client is delivering a major net zero infrastructure project in Teesside and requires an experienced Project Quality Manager to take full ownership of quality assurance and control across the entire project lifecycle. You will lead quality across mechanical disciplines, including welding, NDT, pressure testing, and flange joint tightening, as well as civil operations, vendor management, and supply chain oversight. This is a senior, site-based role requiring a hands-on leader who can drive a Right First Time culture from procurement through to client handover.

What You Will Need

• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification and active membership of the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI)
• Extensive quality management experience in the oil and gas industry, with several years in a management capacity
• Proven experience producing and managing Quality Management Plans, Inspection & Test Plans, and NCR processes
• Practical working knowledge of welding, non-destructive testing, pressure testing, and concrete operations in a construction environment
• Full UK Driving Licence
