Thermal Insulation Engineer

Thermal Insulators Required – Cargill Hull
Location: Cargill, Oak Road, Kingston upon Hull, HU6 7PH
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 4–6 weeks work available
Hours: 45 hours per week
Rates: NAECI rates (plus any applicable uplifts)
Overview
We are currently recruiting experienced Thermal Insulators for work at the Cargill site in Hull. This is a short-term project offering competitive NAECI rates with immediate starts available.
Key Duties

• Installation of thermal insulation on pipework, vessels, and associated equipment
• Application and fabrication of metal cladding (aluminium, stainless, galvanised)
• Reading and working from drawings and specifications
• Measuring, cutting, and fitting insulation materials
• Removal and replacement of existing insulation as required
• Working to strict site health & safety procedures

Requirements

• Valid TICA Card – essential
• Proven experience as a Thermal Insulator / Lagging Engineer
• Experience working with a range of insulation systems and cladding
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Strong safety awareness in industrial environments

Additional Info

• 45-hour working week
• 4–6 weeks duration
• NAECI rates payable
• Work on a live industrial site
