Thermal Insulation Engineers Required – Osprey Project, Runcorn
Location: Osprey Project, Rocksavage Site, Cow Hey Lane, Runcorn, Cheshire, WA7 4FZ
Start Date: 1–2 weeks
Rates: NAECI rates
Hours: 5 x 9-hour shifts (Monday–Friday) working every 2nd weekend
Overview
We are currently recruiting experienced Thermal Insulation Engineers for work on the Osprey Project at the Rocksavage site in Runcorn. This is a great opportunity to secure work on a busy industrial project with strong earning potential.
Key Duties

• Installation of thermal insulation systems on pipework, vessels, and plant equipment
• Fabrication and installation of metal cladding (aluminium, stainless steel, galvanised)
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Measuring, cutting, and fitting insulation materials
• Removal and replacement of existing insulation as required
• Working in line with strict site health & safety procedures

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Thermal Insulation Engineer / Insulator
• Industrial experience (petrochemical, oil & gas, or similar)
• Ability to read and work from drawings
• Strong health & safety awareness
• TICA Card (preferred / can be essential if you want to tighten it)

Additional Info

• 5 x 9-hour days Monday–Friday
• Working every 2nd weekend
• NAECI rates payable
• Work on a live industrial site
• Start in the next 1–2 weeks
