Senior International Recruitment Consultant / International Recruitment Team Leader
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Woking branch servicing long established clients within the Energy, Advanced Facilities (Life Sciences & Data Centre) and Infrastructure sectors.

This position sits within our established international recruitment team with a very warm client base so there is no expectation of business development.

Your journey with NRL will begin with the following:
  • Sourcing candidates to fulfil client requirements, predominantly in Ireland and mainland Europe (but some requirements could be further afield)
  • Oversee the development and account management of key customer accounts
  • Develop an understanding of market conditions within your industry sector(s)
  • Understand and support the candidate recruitment with your portfolio of clients
  • Contacting potential candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, telephone and email
  • Support the building of our CRM database in key markets
  • Arrangement and coordination of interviews
  • Supporting our robust compliance procedure
  • Excellent CRM system utilisation

As your role develops you may be involved in the following:
  • Supporting coordination of recruitment activity
  • Supporting senior colleagues with business development activity
  • Utilising available Business Information (BI) to support team development
  • Facilitate training, whilst motivating and guiding colleagues with the team
  • Assist with conducting and compiling Personal Development Plans with the team on a 6 monthly and annual basis

What we’re looking for:
Essential
  • Previous recruitment experience undertaking direct sourcing activity
  • Experience in account management including liaising, nurturing, and growing relationships with external clients and customers.
  • Comfortable working both independently and also as part of a team
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Good communication skills (both verbally and via email)
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Experience of MS Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced, reactive environment
  • Desire to learn and develop as a professional

Desirable
  • Previous international recruitment experience
  • Secondary language skills are desirable but by no means essential as many of the projects we are supporting utilise English as their main language
  • Previous experience with line management
