NRL are currently recruiting a Mechanical Engineer to work for one of our clients in the Gas sector on a permanent basis.
This is a field-based role requiring stop out 3-4 times per week and covering work across the UK with a base location of Avonmouth, Bristol.
Responsibilities:
Carry out routine maintenance work at client storage depots.
Carry out maintenance and inspection work on industrial customer LPG plants.
Carry out site installations of pipework, pumps, vaporisers, and auxiliary equipment at customer sites.
Assist with prefabrication work and vaporiser assembly.
Requirements:
Previous experience is essential with required LPG/ACS qualification (EP-EPC)
A knowledge of LPG in both liquid and vapour phase and safe working practices
Ability to read and understand both GA and Isometric plant layout drawings.
A working knowledge of pipework assembly including flanged and screwed joints.
Full UK driving licence (light vehicle up to 3.5 tonnes)
