Banksman

NRL are recruiting experienced Banksman/Slingers to join a major upcoming pipeline project in the Chester area. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a high-profile development.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely directing the movement of vehicles, plant, and lifting equipment on site
• Slinging and signalling in accordance with site plans
• Ensuring adherence to all site safety protocols and procedures
• Supporting lifting operations and communicating effectively 
• Working collaboratively with site teams to maintain efficient workflow
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times

Requirements

• Valid CPCS, OPITO or NPORS Slinger/Signaller certification
• SHEA Gas
• CSCS Card
• Proof of right to work in the UK
• Experience working on pipeline or heavy civil projects (desired but not essential)
• Strong communication and safety awareness
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions precisely
