General Operative

NRL are currently recruiting General Operatives to support an upcoming pipeline project in the Chester area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team working on a key infrastructure project, with opportunities for ongoing work for reliable and hardworking individuals.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting skilled trades and site supervisors with daily tasks
• Supporting pipeline installation and maintenance activities
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment
• Ensuring the worksite remains clean, safe, and organised
• Following all health & safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a construction or labouring role preferred
• Valid CSCS card (essential)
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
• Good level of physical fitness
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

Desirable (not essential):

• Experience working on utilities or pipeline projects
• SHEA Gas
• Traffic Marshall
• Abrasive Wheels
• Confined Space (Low/Medium risk)
• Small tools (cut off saw, breakers, pumps, compactors)
• CAT & Genny for service locating
• First Aid
