Responsibilities

• Lead and manage commissioning programmes for large-scale data centre projects in France.
• Develop and maintain project-specific commissioning strategies and schedules.
• Monitor compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout execution.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, and client teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Identify potential risks in commissioning activities and implement corrective actions.
• Review and validate technical documentation to meet project requirements.
• Provide leadership and guidance to internal and subcontractor teams.

Must-have Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline).
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in commissioning management for major data centre projects.
• Strong understanding of commissioning processes, quality assurance, and safety protocols.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and adhere to strict timelines.
• Valid visa or work authorisation for France.

Nice-to-have Skills

• Experience with European data centre compliance standards.
• Background in client-facing project delivery roles.
• Familiarity with commissioning-specific software tools.
