Job Title
Electrical Construction Manager


Summary
We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to join an exciting pharmaceutical/life sciences project in Frankfurt, Germany. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong site supervision experience and excellent communication skills in English and German. The initial contract is for 6 months, offering a competitive day rate.

Client Overview
Our client is a leading engineering solutions provider, working on high-profile projects within regulated industries, including pharmaceuticals and life sciences.


Responsibilities
  • Provide technical site supervision for electrical and I&C (Instrumentation & Control) systems
  • Coordinate with planning, design, construction, and commissioning teams within regulated environments
  • Conduct and facilitate walkdowns, technical coordination sessions, and meetings with owners and engineering teams
  • Manage the permit-to-work process and ensure daily safety clearances are maintained
  • Ensure quality-compliant execution of electrical construction work to industry and GMP standards
  • Utilise standard software tools for reporting and preparing project documentation


Must-have Requirements
  • Proven experience in electrical construction management, ideally within pharmaceutical or life sciences settings
  • Strong understanding of GMP regulations
  • Excellent language skills (business fluent) in both English and German
  • Proficiency in using standard project reporting tools
  • Ability to manage safety processes and permit-to-work systems effectively


Nice-to-have Skills
  • Previous experience working on international projects
  • Familiarity with commissioning and validation requirements
  • Knowledge of additional European regulatory requirements
