An Electrical Construction Supervisor is required on a permanent basis to support electrical and I&C installation works on the
Hinkley Point C nuclear new‑build programme.
This role suits an experienced site supervisor with strong technical depth and the confidence to manage subcontractors, interfaces, quality, and safety across complex electrical scopes. You will play a key role in taking works from erection through to readiness for commissioning, within a highly structured and safety‑critical environment.
What you’ll be responsible for:- Supervising electrical and I&C construction activities through to turnover
- Managing subcontractors and site teams to ensure safe, efficient execution
- Planning and coordinating works in line with the overall construction schedule
- Ensuring materials, tools and documentation are in place ahead of site activities
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and QA compliance
- Managing progress tracking, reporting and as‑built documentation
- Coordinating interfaces with engineering, commissioning and other disciplines
- Supporting punch‑list closure and readiness for commissioning
- Embedding EHS policies, conducting toolbox talks and safety walks

- Sound understanding of electrical systems and construction sequencing
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and multidisciplinary interfaces
- A safety‑first mindset with experience working in regulated environments
- Clear communicator with a practical, solutions‑focused approach
