Location: Leatherhead (Office‑based, 5 days per week)
Start Date: April 2026
Hours: 40 hours per week

About the Role: A highly organised and proactive Administrator / Executive Assistant is required to support a Senior Company Executive. This role involves managing a wide range of administrative, organisational, and logistical tasks in a fast‑paced environment. The position is fully office‑based and requires someone who can work confidently with senior stakeholders and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing complex diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating availability.
  • Organising domestic and international travel, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Supporting meetings, workshops, and corporate events.
  • Overseeing general office management and ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Handling documentation, correspondence, and approvals using SharePoint, Word, Excel, and DocuSign.
  • Assisting personnel relocating to the UK with:
    • Accommodation searches
    • Schooling options
    • Transportation arrangements
    • General settling‑in support for individuals and families

Experience & Skills Required
  • Proven experience supporting a Senior Company Executive in an administrative or executive assistant capacity.
  • Experience with Middle Eastern energy companies is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong technical proficiency in SharePoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, and DocuSign.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional communication style.
  • High level of discretion, reliability, and attention to detail.
