Responsibilities
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure appropriate mitigating actions.
- Lead incident investigations and prepare formal reports.
- Ensure operational compliance with HSE legislation and internal protocols.
- Deliver HSE-related induction and ongoing training sessions.
- Maintain accurate HSE records and audit documentation.
- Support internal audits and inspections to drive continuous improvement.
Must-have Requirements
- Previous experience in a health, safety and environment role.
- In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
- Excellent reporting and communication skills.
Nice-to-have Skills
- Professional HSE certification (NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent).
- Relevant sector experience in oilfield or energy services.
