I'm looking for an experienced Internal Communications Lead to join on a 6-month fixed-term contract, based in London on a hybrid basis. This role is ideal for a communications professional who can advise senior leaders and deliver strategic initiatives across Europe & UK. It’s an opportunity to drive engagement, connect employees to business priorities, and manage organisational change communications at a regional level.


Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted communications advisor to senior leaders and the core leadership team.
  • Develop and deliver internal communication strategies that drive understanding of business objectives and organisational change.
  • Lead executive and leadership communications, including talking points, engagement plans, and updates.
  • Manage employee communications across Europe & UK, ensuring messages are clear, timely and impactful.
  • Plan and implement initiatives that strengthen organisational culture and employee engagement.
  • Partner with HR, Marketing and other functions to deliver coordinated communications.
  • Lead crisis and sensitive-issue communications in partnership with stakeholders.
  • Track effectiveness of communications and identify improvements using feedback and engagement data.
Must-have Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, business or related subject.
  • Proven experience in internal or employee communications within large, complex organisations.
  • Skilled in advising senior leaders with practical, strategic communications counsel.
  • Experience delivering change, transformation, or crisis communications.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and presentation development skills.
  • Collaborative approach with strong influencing ability.
  • Confidence in using new technologies, including AI-enabled tools.
