🚨 IT Support Analyst | Contract | Woking | Oil & Gas Sector 🚨
📍 Location: Woking (On-Site)
📝 Contract: In Scope of IR35

I'm currently recruiting for an experienced IT Support Analyst to join a leading organisation within the Oil & Gas industry working for Aramco. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing critical technical support to end users and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

🔧 What You'll Be Doing
✅ Providing first-line IT support across hardware, software and user-related issues
✅ Troubleshooting and resolving technical incidents efficiently
✅ Delivering exceptional customer service and support to end users
✅ Logging, tracking and managing support tickets through to resolution
✅ Escalating complex issues to specialist teams where required
✅ Maintaining accurate documentation of incidents and solutions

🎯 What We're Looking For
✔ Proven experience in an IT Support, Service Desk or Technical Support role working with ARAMCO
✔ Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills
✔ Excellent communication skills with the ability to support non-technical users
✔ A proactive problem-solver with a customer-focused approach


⭐ Desirable Experience
➕ Experience with remote desktop support tools and ticketing systems
➕ Understanding of networking fundamentals and IT security best practices
➕ Previous experience within the Oil & Gas sector
⚠ Essential Requirement
✅ Previous Saudi Aramco project or operational experience is highly desirable and candidates with Aramco exposure will be prioritised.
