On behalf of our client, NRL Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer to join a mobile maintenance team operating across a variety of client sites in the Winchester area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified engineer with a strong electrical background to work within a professional facilities maintenance environment, carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance activities.

Location: Winchester, SO21 2SW
Duration: Until 13th September 2026
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out statutory Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks in accordance with schedules and compliance requirements
  • Respond to reactive maintenance requests and fault-finding activities
  • Undertake a range of electrical and general building maintenance works
  • Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs to minimise downtime
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures
  • Accurately complete maintenance records and job documentation
  • Work collaboratively with a team of engineers across multiple client locations
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times
Requirements Essential:
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification
  • Proven experience within a Multi Skilled Engineer, Electrical Maintenance Engineer or Facilities Maintenance role
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities
  • Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable:
  • NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Electrical Installation or Maintenance
  • AM2 qualification
  • Inspection and Testing qualification (2391 or equivalent)
  • Experience working in commercial building maintenance environments
