NRL are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Project Secretary to support a major energy project based at Point of Ayr, Talacre. This is a long-term contract opportunity offering stability through to the end of 2028, working within a busy project environment.
This is a fully site-based position and would suit a highly organised administrator or project support professional with previous experience supporting large-scale engineering, construction or energy sector projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing incoming telephone calls and visitors
  • Drafting correspondence, letters and emails
  • Maintaining organised project filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
  • Supporting the preparation of reports, presentations and project documentation
  • Attending meetings when required, taking minutes and producing reports
  • Coordinating international travel and complex itineraries
  • Processing travel expenses
  • Checking passport and visa requirements and arranging necessary documentation
  • Ordering office supplies and supporting day-to-day office administration
  • Providing comprehensive secretarial and organisational support to the project team
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience as a Project Secretary, Project Administrator, Executive Assistant or Project Support Coordinator
  • Ideally 2-5 years' experience within an international project environment
  • Experience supporting engineering, construction, energy or industrial projects would be advantageous
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced project environment
  • Experience coordinating travel and managing confidential information
Working Pattern
  • Monday to Friday
  • Saturday mornings when required
  • Fully site-based role (no hybrid or home working available)

  • Contract position until the end of 2028
  • IR35 Status: Inside IR35
