An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced
Corporate Paralegal Executive Assistant to join a busy in‑house corporate legal team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys supporting a wide range of corporate governance and legal operations.
The Role You will work closely with legal counsels and business stakeholders, supporting the management of corporate governance, entity administration, and legal documentation across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities- Support the corporate legal team with entity management, board meetings, and corporate governance activities.
- Maintain corporate records, minute books, and statutory registers.
- Assist with preparing board materials, resolutions, and corporate filings.
- Coordinate with external counsel on corporate and commercial matters.
- Support due diligence processes for corporate transactions and assist with regulatory filings and compliance.
- Maintain legal department documentation, including policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the legal team.
- Support legal entities across various international jurisdictions.
About You- Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certificate or legal studies qualification preferred.
- 3–5 years’ experience as a corporate paralegal, ideally within an international environment.
- Strong understanding of corporate law and governance practices.
- Experience using entity management systems.
- Knowledge of corporate filing requirements and procedures.
- Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
