Principal CS&A Engineer

Due to continued growth are currently seeking Principal CS&A Engineers to join our team, these positions support hybrid working and can be based across our office network within the UK - Stockton, Newcastle, Bristol, Gloucester, and Westlakes.

Role- Principal CSA Engineer
Location-  Stockton, Newcastle, Bristol, Gloucester, and Westlakes.
Rate- £60-£75.00 per hour Inside IR35
 

As a Principal CS&A Engineer your responsibilities could include:

• Leading a team of CS&A engineers and architects in the definition, implementation and delivery of specified functional works that achieves safety, functional and business requirements.
  
  
• Key role holder within the Engineering team on the project.
  
  
• Delivery of the civil, structural, and architectural design.
  
  
• Manage the interface to and between key Delivery Partners and the design team.
  
  
• Understanding of the commercial implications of products, scope and packages
  
  
• Delivery of substantiation and other approvals.
  
  
• Risk identification with proposed resolution / mitigation.
  
  
• Production of Schedule and identification of key milestones.
  
  
• Develop deliverables list and format (drawings, specifications, reports, BIM etc.)
  
  

 

Here’s What You’ll Need:

• Higher Education Qualification in Engineering (or equivalent) subject- MEng (preferred)
  
  
• Appropriate (Engineering or Scientific) Institution Membership- Chartered Engineer
  
  
• Background engineering experience demonstrating a record of successful delivery including recent positions influencing professional engineers and guiding technical personnel
  
  
• Experience of working within a regulated and quality assured system (preferably nuclear) in roles where professional judgement is the key attribute
