If you’re the kind of engineer who thrives on solving complex problems, guiding others, and influencing how projects are delivered, this is the role that puts you in the driving seat. Not just another technical post — this is your chance to lead, shape and elevate engineering standards across meaningful, high‑impact programmes.
You’ll join a team that values expertise, curiosity and clear thinking. A place where experienced engineers step up, take ownership and push for smarter, safer, better ways of working. If you want room to grow, real autonomy and the platform to make a difference, you’ll feel at home here.

You’ll build strong relationships with stakeholders, translate expectations into clear deliverables, and act as the steady technical voice others rely on.
You’ll also shape how engineering is done here: promoting best practice, championing safety, developing people, and sharing insight across projects.
