Spare Parts Sales Manager (UK wide)
Berkshire base (UK coverage circa 75% travel)

This is a high‑impact commercial role for an experienced Spare Parts Sales Manager who thrives in customer‑facing environments and knows how to grow market share in complex industrial sectors.
You’ll take ownership of UK spare parts and service‑related sales, playing a key role in strengthening customer relationships, re‑engaging dormant accounts, and positioning the business as a trusted long‑term service partner across the EfW, power generation and heavy industrial markets.

The role In short, you will:
  • Own and deliver the UK spare parts sales strategy
  • Grow revenue, increase market share, and drive sustainable growth
  • Build strong, long‑term key customer relationships
  • Re‑activate lapsed and underperforming accounts
  • Identify opportunities through market analysis and customer insight
  • Work closely with engineering and service teams to deliver joined‑up solutions
  • Act as the commercial face of the business across the UK
This role is field‑based, with around 75% UK travel, operating from a Farnborough base.

What we’re looking for - you’ll already be operating in a similar environment and bring:
  • Proven experience in spare parts sales, service sales or key account management
  • Background in waste‑to‑energy, power generation or heavy industrial sectors
  • Experience developing and executing sales & marketing strategies
  • A track record of driving growth and improving customer engagement
  • Strong commercial judgement and stakeholder management skills
  • Confidence working within an international or matrix organisation
